- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
**For Frying:**
- Cooking oil for deep frying
**Instructions:**
**Making the Koftas:**
1. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped onion, fresh coriander, green chili, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small, round koftas (meatballs). You can wet your hands with a little water to prevent the mixture from sticking.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
4. Carefully place the chicken koftas into the hot oil and fry them until they turn golden brown and are cooked through. Make sure to cook them in batches if your pan is small.
5. Once the koftas are cooked, remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
**Serve the Chicken Koftas:**
